All unframed paintings are shipped rolled in acid-free archival tissue paper in a heavy-weight cardboard tube for protection, apart from A4 and A5 sizes which will be flat packed.
Please be aware that once your parcel leaves the UK, S.E.Hall Studio cannot be held responsible for foreign customs fees, nor the holding of items in customs. Please take this into account before placing your order. Orders will automatically be shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.
Our returns policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must email sehallstudio@gmail.com with the intent to return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended. International customers should write 'returned items' on all packages, or you may be charged additional UK customs charges.
