We work hard to ship your items:

• Un-framed - Please allow up to 10 days for delivery in the UK and World Wide.
• Framed - Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the UK and World Wide. This is due to custom framing services which are made to order. 

(N.B Please allow up to 25 days for delivery in the following countries: Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein & Norway)

All unframed prints are shipped flat-packed or rolled in acid-free archival tissue paper in a heavy-weight cardboard tube for protection.

All framed prints are shipped in a protective 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable cardboard box.

Our returns policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must email sehallstudio@gmail.com with the intent to return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended. International customers should write 'returned items' on all packages, or you may be charged additional UK customs charges.
